Capital Banker's Real Estate Fund I (CBREF), provides immediate investment opportunities for high-net worth individuals, corporations, financial institutions and organizations worldwide.

The CBREF invests its capital exclusively in the distressed debt/bonds on income-producing Class A-B Multifamily, Retail, Warehouse, and Hospitality properties in the United States ONLY. Capital Banker's risk management professionals make fiscally responsible investments, secured by first mortgage liens. Managed capital is pooled into into $100 million tranches. As a policy, CBREF DOES NOT INVEST IN SUBORDINATE DEBT.

All investments are originated by Capital Banker or one of our wholly owned subsidaries. All investments are secured by collateral which consits of first mortgages or senior debt positions only. The fund yields 10.8% annually (three-year average). In the case of any foreclosures, ONCO REAL ESTATE CO., automatically assumes property management responsibilities, in order to preserve the integrity of all owned real estate. All of our loans and investments go into our portfolios; we do not syndicate them.
